Hit the sweet spot .

I'm 70 years old . Just got my new Majek hybrids today . 3-9 & PW . Absolutely love them . Great balance , great launch angle . I can confidently hit my high , soft draw again , which was my natural proclivity when I was younger . Shot 91 on my home course yesterday . Shot 75 today with my new hybrids . After suffering through the last five years of shanking my Callaways , I'm hitting it pure again . Can't tell you how great it feels . ⛳🏌️😁

The most confidence inspiring golf clubs I've ever purchased

First off, my particulars. I'm a 69 year old right handed golfer with an index that floats between 13 & 16. I've had these Majek hybrid irons for 3 weeks, and have played about 10 rounds, plus practice / range time.

1) I can hit these hybrid irons 15 - 20 yards further than my prior TaylorMade M6 irons. Today, I hit a 160 yard shot with the 5 iron, right to my aiming point on the 9th green. It went a bit long.

2) I no longer need to consider hitting a divot in front of the ball to get a good strike. These are made for a sweeper like me. And I can do this *consistently*.

3) These hybrids just feel good in the grip, even if a bit thin. I'll likely have them regripped with a medium Golf Pride grip in the near future.

To say I'm satisfied with my purchase is an understatement. I'm getting more accuracy, better distance, and excellent consistency shot to shot. These hybrids are confidence builders.

Got my first ace ever today with a Majek K5 7 iron hybrid. Yeah, I'm satisfied. :-)

Best clubs ever for a senior or any occasional golfer

Yes I've arrived at a certain age where I can't get the club head velocity or accuracy the way I used to, maybe never did. This mattered most using irons, not so much on the green or tee. I was losing two or three shots every hole making divots on the fairway or landing in the water or hunting in the woods. And just a little too much time in the sand. If I wanted sand and water, I'd go to the beach. I blamed it all on me, but it wasn't me It was the way irons require a perfectly positioned club head at contact with velocity. When I saw this complete set of hybrids, I knew instantly this would be heaven on the fairway. Now fairway shots have solid contact EVERY TIME, accurate direction and predictable distance. Holy moly. This allows me to play strategically, picking the exact right club for each shot (like a pro does), impossible for me before. It's almost a science now. I can actually play the game. On a par 5 I can usually get to within pitching range of the green in three (avoiding the bunkers reliably) get to the green in 4 and two putt in. I could be a par golfer with more practice and actually get to the green in 3, or one-putt, but I'm just not there yet. But who cares? Instead of frustration on almost every hole, I'm finally enjoying the game again. Finally I can play golf well and enjoy it too. And these clubs LOOK as fabulous and as expensive as they play. Other guys actually stop me and ask about them. Thank you.

Game Improved Significantly!

I've used these clubs 10 rounds and have shaved 6 strokes from my game! And it just feels like it will only get better. I am 74yrs old and have been struggeling with my Callaway X-18 irons for the past two years; to the point that I was forcing every swing just to get some distance. And that threw my accuracy off, not knowing where the ball was going to end up. But I had a 21deg utility that became my 'go to' club more and more so I did some research and found that as you get older this naturally happens with irons. I found the Majek clubs, which were a bargain and I LOVE to get out now because I'm hitting my 6 club 165 yards again! The 3 club I'm getting 185 yards, which allows me to get on the green in two again. Best thing I could have done for myself was to get these clubs - - tks Majek; and UCLA for the work you put into these.

Wow! They really make a difference!

Got these clubs a week ago. Took them to the driving range a few times and adjusted my swing a bit after watching a you tube video on golfing for seniors. These are very lightweight and I am letting them do the work via more wrist hinge instead of more and faster arms. I was using one Adams hybrid 4 for the last several years with my irons.

I rarely break 100, but today I scored 95 with my new clubs the first time out on a tough course with friends. My swings are easier and the ball goes straighter and longer. They come with sock type covers and are very good looking and easy to swing. Still adjusting to the pitching wedge for chip shots but, all things considered, they are terrific. I swing slower and better because I trust that they will go the distance and direction I expect without the rushed motion that caused errors. I really love my new hybrids.

One more recommendation: A friend suggested that I buy “martini” type tees for my drives. I love them too and only used one for the entire 18 holes. My driver is not Majek but has a senior flex shaft as well. Unbelievable, but they really do make a difference too.

Improving my game!!

I got these clubs about three weeks ago. First time out was a little rough learning how they hit and getting my distance down. Second round was much better with no triple bogies. Third round was only nine holes and got two pars, five bogies and two double bogies. The best part of the game is I am much more accurate from 80 to 120 yards out from the green. This is really helping me as I had no three putts, because coming in on the approach shot is more accurate. I would definitely recommend getting these, and be a little patient.

The perfect clubs for slower swing speed or the elderly!

I bought these clubs 4 years ago and would never go back to irons. I can spray then with windex after a round and they still look like the day I received them. When I purchased mine there was a review from someone saying his looked all beat up after one season. I just keep the sock covers on them through ever round. With 5 spinal surgeries, these make golf fun again. I hit the ball straight on almost every shot and get good distance. Hitting out of fairway bunkers is so easy, but the sand wedge can be tricky around the greens. I carry a driver, a chipper and the rest of my clubs are all hybrids. I would never go back to iron's. And again, after 4 years they still look brand new. I sold my Ping irons for these and it was the best decision I've ever made for my golf game. I play twice a week. Highly recommend! Thanks Majek! They didn't come with the hat though when I got mine. Lol. Have fun again on the golf course!

Hybrid Hijinx

Good clubs with a soft feel. Average of 87mph swing with same distances as my Ping irons yet much more forgiving.

I absolutely love my new K5s Irons. Quality club and a great price. Most importantly, they perform as advertised.

Majek Hybrid Irons Review

I am very satisfied with my new Majek Hybrid iron set! I have been playing golf for 38 years, and have never been a good iron player. My old set included standard irons from gap, pw, 9.8, 7, a hybrid 6 iron from one manufacturer, and a 3,4,&5 hybrid of a different brand. I am now 76 years old, and have been frustrated with my iron game and decided to try an all hybrid set. I have played 6 rounds with the new clubs, and my scores have improved from the mid 90's to the mid 80's. More importantly, I have gained confidence when I stand over a shot now as compared to my old set. They are much easier to hit. Also I like the continuity of the set, each club feels and looks the same, rather than having irons from one manufacturer, and hybrids from a different manufacturer with a different look and feel. As I get more accustomed to them I am sure I will continue to improve.
